You may have worked hard to find answers for why your loved one is struggling, and all your energy went it into finding answers. However, now that you have the answers, you are unsure of where to begin.
There is so much to think about that you that you may be feeling overwhelmed and uncertain of how to move forward. You may be contemplating school accommodations, bringing your loved one for a medication assessment and finding the right therapy. However, you aren’t quite sure of the steps to take or you are worried you will make the wrong decision. This can be paralyzing.
You may be struggling with how to set boundaries with your child. You may continually ask yourself “Is it just typical teen behavior or is it ASD?”
You may be beating yourself up because you are unsure of the best way to support your loved one. You may feel at the end of your rope, or just tired of your family being in crisis all the time. This may be taking a toll on everyone in your family, including your relationship.

Single session resource planning includes a 90-minute session to go over all your concerns and will result in concrete plan you can follow to get the supports and services you, your child, and family need to move forward and to start enjoying life again.
