My goal is to help my clients thrive by living a life in harmony with their strengths, values, and goals. My therapy will be different than most counseling you’ve experienced
I operate from a neurodiverse framework that combines both my extensive experience as a mental health clinician and my professional experience working as an autism specialist.
I have had the honor of working with hundreds of individuals with autism spectrum disorder and their families.

SPACE - an Exciting New Treatment
We are now offering SPACE treatment.
SPACE stands for Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions and is a parent-based treatment program for children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD, and related problems.
SPACE was developed by Dr. Eli Lebowitz at the Yale Child Study Center and has been tested and found to be efficacious in randomized controlled clinical trials.
Some of the main anxiety problems treated with SPACE include:
- Separation anxiety
- Social anxiety
- Generalized anxiety
- Fears and phobias
- Panic disorder and Agoraphobia
- Selective mutism
- Obsessive-compulsive disorder
